5TD series of rice and wheat thresher with EPT engine gasoline engine electricity motor and tractor PTO shaft
I. Introduction:
It is main used for threshing of various crops like rice, wheat, corn, soybean, barley, sorghum and millet etc..
The thresher consists of feeder hopper, roller, screen mesh and main frame etc..
When the machine in operation, firstly put the crops into machine from feeder, and the crops will be rubbed, squeezed, collided and shaken by assembly of rack and screen mesh, then to make the grain seperated from culm, then flowing out from the screen mesh. Finally, the culm will be thrown out by centrifugation of roller, and threshing is finished .
It owns such advantages like compact structure, easy operation, easy maintenance and high efficiency etc..

C. The sieve can be adjusted according to customer’s need.
 
III. Work principle
A. Main parts: The wheat thresher is made up of ranks, concave screen, drum, cover, main fan, the second suction fan, motor (or diesel), vibrating screen, traction-driven device.
B. The crop through the functions of the friction, extruding, crash, shaking between the rattler’s rack and sieve assembling unit, making the seed detaching from the stalk, then discharge from the sieve, the stalk is casted by the centrifugal role of the rattler, then finishing the threshing.
C. Note: Please feed the crop uniformly in a row. After assembly rubbing, squeezing, col EPT ext. To make the grain away, the flow out through the concave.
