The pinch roll and wire discharger are arranged right after drinking water cooling plant of finishing roll. The pinch roll is the device for steel line rolling manufacturing which largely utilized for gripping rolled piece feeding into the wire discharger. Wire discharger for transportation of heliciform gripping rolled piece which diameter is 1080mm to the scattered coi EPT cooling roll desk just before coil collector station.

2. Building functions of pinch roll & wire discharger:

Pinch roll and wire discharger are closely adjacent semi-open technique. Pinch roll is arranged just before entrance of wire discharger and transportation of gripping rolled piece into wire discharger. Then wire discharger will change the gripping rolled piece to heliciform rolled piece which diameter is 1080mm and flat the rolled out to th the scattered coi EPT cooling roll table.

It is the vertical cantilener construction and the middle line slopes down 10 degrees. It is composed of spinning pipe which is set up in the rotation dabber and gearing. There is one particular DC adjustable-velocity motor that could generate the rotation dabber via a pair of bevel equipment wheel. Spinning pipe can spin regular wire coil on the basis of placing revolving speed.

Wire discharger rotation dabber is composed of spinning head and hollow shaft. Spinning head is usede to fixation spinning pipe and hollow shaft. And the hollow shaft would been drived by bevel equipment in the driving box. There is a pipe among the inside of bevel equipment. And there is water-cooling drivepipe between the pipe and hollow shaft. Water-cooling drivepipe is used for cooling the pipe and it will safeguarded the bearings of the hollow shaft to preserve away from high temperature of rolled piece.
